Course Details

This course is a presentation on the structure and properties of wood, and the basic concepts of woodworking and terms of this trade. It doesn't require any prior knowledge and/or experience in woodworking.

After describing how wood is formed, different types of wood and the main characteristics of this material are discussed. The course can be helpful in choosing the right wood for your project. It will also serve as the first step in choosing what type of woodworking you like to start.

Schedule

The course will be held from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM on weekdays at Clarence Creek Wood Select, 1571 Bouvier Rd, Clarence Creek, ON K0A 1N0.

The schedule of the course will depend on the number of registrants.
